Higher education in emergencies

Welcome, and thank you for taking the time to participate in our survey.
This survey is the first step in a broader study on “higher education in emergencies” (hereafter, HEIE). Our aim is to understand how IO and INGOs design, implement, monitor, and evaluate their HEIE programs. Among these programs, teacher education and professional development initiatives are included and will be analyzed with a specific focus.

This survey will help us identify key informants for follow-up interviews regarding their work.
