Art. 7. Validation de crédits
1 L’étudiant en maîtrise peut faire valider, par une décision irrévocable, dans le programme de maîtrise, les crédits et les notes
obtenues pour au maximum deux enseignements acquis dans le cadre du CDT/CTL et figurant dans le programme de maîtrise.
2 Il est possible, dans les mêmes limites, d’obtenir la validation des crédits et le report des notes du programme de maîtrise ou de
la Geneva Summer School in Transnational Law vers le programme du certificat.
Art. 7. Validating Credits.
(1) The credits and grades obtained for a maximum of two courses followed in the CDT/CTL programme can be validated as
Master courses for students pursuing a Master of Laws at the University of Geneva (maîtrise en droit), provided that these courses
also feature in the curriculum of the Master degree; the decision is irrevocable.
(2) In the same terms, credits and grades obtained during the course of a Master of Laws at the University of Geneva (maîtrise en
droit) or the Geneva Summer School in Transnational Law can be validated for the CDT/CTL programme.
